eQuipt for New Accounts

Update: Increase In-Process Recommendations results from 100 to 250

The number of In-Process Recommendations results on the Investment Recommendations page has increased from 100 to 250 results. This improves your ability to locate an account opening service request (SR) that is still in process, even if you have more than 100 to display.

Update: Independent RIAs Can Now Upload ADV Documents on Fee-Based Accounts

Independent RIAs (I-RIAs) can now upload their ADV Documents when opening a Fee-Based account. When opening a Fee-Based account, a new question appears: Would you like to upload your ADV documents so they can be included in your client's forms packet? (Yes/No)

If the I-RIA indicates that they will not include their ADV Documents, they will not see the option to upload them when they get to the documents page. This question prevents account opening process delays when the optional documents have not been uploaded.

Fix: Ability to Add Apostrophes to NFS Client, Prospect & Trustee Last Names

Before, you could not use apostrophes in NFS client, prospect, or trustee’s last names, which prevented the correct spelling of names, like O’Brien, where an apostrophe is part of the client’s name. Users can now apostrophes in last names without receiving a system error.

See you again soon!
