Update: NFS Client eDelivery Email Notifications Link Modifications

Previously, NFS sent clients a single link to log in and access their documents via Wealthscape Investor. Some clients only have an eQuipt login, but others have only a Wealthscape Investor login, and not all clients (For example: Entity clients) can register for eQuipt. This email experience frustrated clients who use eQuipt – and their financial professionals.

Now, all NFS eDelivery emails have a link that gives the client the option to log in via Wealthscape Investor or eQuipt Client Portal, making it easier for eQuipt Client Portal clients to access their information:
